Job Description

This is no ordinary role, and this is no ordinary agency.

On the surface our client is an independent award winning B2B Tech marketing agency that currently partners with some of the world’s biggest tech brands and continues to deliver huge results.

Underneath, over the past 5 years this agency has undergone some huge developments to ensure its long-term growth by developing their proposition for the future. Ensuring that their clients receive first class in-depth results lead campaigns and that the team who deliver on this feel connected and rewarded for the part they play.

With the groundwork done and the building blocks in place, we are now seeking an experienced, progressive, and highly outgoing Client Services Director who understands the important of culture as well as what it means to bring people together.

We are seeking that individual with drive and ambition, who doesn’t want just another baby-sitting role. This is so much.

When it comes to the basics, as a Client Services Director, we would still need you to have all of the following skills:

  • Solid and current B2B tech marketing agency experience with a proven track record of managing multi million pound client portfolio
  • Understanding and experience in demand generation and marketing automation within the B2B space, ideally ABM experience
  • Inspiring / instilling leadership through strong mentoring behaviours.
  • Strategic thinker – able to support clients
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly and maintain a strong understanding of client’s business
  • Understands how to ‘play in’ at the right level across client relationships, without compromising ability and potential of others within the team.
  • Strong face to face presentation skills, with a real focus on story-telling
  • Demonstrates effective communication and influencing skills across clients, senior leadership team and peer group.
  • Displays high levels of emotional intelligence – empathy, social skill and adaptability.
  • Is an authentic leader – building high levels of trust and follow-ship amongst clients and agency team

As mentioned, this opportunity will be perfect for the ambitious, the one’s who can galvanise multiple teams, build a culture whilst continuing to support the agency on delivering award winning campaigns within the B2B tech marcomms environment. Very much a people person.

As for location, this is a hybrid opportunity whereby at first for obvious reasons we’d expect you in the office a little more at first but then we’d like you to come in 2-3 times per week. However, this is a grown up job so you will carve your own schedule.

In return for your experience as Client Services Director our client offers a broad package to appeal to those from small, to mid-size and above agency experience. The range is between and not limited to £90-120k plus bonuses and benefits.
