Jefferson was first established in 2010, and since then we’ve worked with many (if not most) of the leading lights in the marketing, advertising, and media arena. Following the crushing realisation that I wouldn’t ‘break’ Hollywood, I set to work forging a career within the world of marketing agencies – and can now point to over 13 years of ‘hard earned’ experience in Client Services, Business Development and Organisational Development. All while working for a number of leading integrated and brand comm marketing agencies, covering both the B2B and B2C sectors.

My next challenge was recruitment, and after joining a consultancy I worked my way up to manager before finally becoming business owner. Jefferson was thus born. Today, our recruitment teams and specialist consultants are always interested in hearing from anyone who might be seeking a new challenge, looking to recruit, or thinking about developing their own business through merger, acquisition or investment. I’m the Talent Acquisition Leader at The Jefferson Group, with experience of both multi-discipline, in-house recruitment, and specialist consultancy services. My focus is on delivering innovative and effective candidate attraction strategies whilst building excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. As for my aim, that’s simple: to make the whole recruitment experience to be a positive one for all involved.

Having worked within the HR team at one of London’s best digital agencies, I have a close insight into the mechanics of agency life. With this in mind, I see my role as building pipelines of the best regional and global talent to match the current and future needs of the organisations we support. I’m fascinated by the evolving role of Talent Acquisition in forward thinking agencies, and am truly excited about its future potential.

Natasha Kenny

Natasha is a seasoned Global HR & Talent Director, who has extensive experience working within the communications industry both internationally and in the UK. She started her career with the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather, and has spent 17 years working with leading Advertising and Marketing agencies both large and small, specialising in helping them source talent as well as getting the best out of their people.

Due to her vast experience, Natasha understands both the personalities that work in the marketing sector and the pressures being dealt with by management teams on a daily basis. She continues to source the right people for leading marketing and digital agencies around the world, as well as helping individuals shape a career in an industry that she is deeply passionate about.

Caroline Elsdon

Finance Director

Caroline has a wealth of experience working within the Marketing and Recruitment sector, managing all financial matters including business valuations, reporting monthly figures – P&L, budgeting & forecasting, managing accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll and team management. Caroline also performs a crucial role for the Merger & Acquisitions Team, and is heavily involved throughout the business. Regularly keeping us all in check, we almost certainly couldn’t function without her. That’s why we’re delighted to have her on board as a key member of the management team!
